Modena Fry, 83, lifelong Vigo County resident passed away March 25, 2015. She was born July 4, 1931 to Kenneth and Mildred (Hancock) Seeman in Pimento, IN. Mrs Fry was retired from Indiana State University where she was an administration secretary. She is survived by a son, Aaron Fry and his wife Kate; two daughters Brenda Caudill and her husband William, and Ronda Hennis and her husband Randy; two granddaughters Kristina Ladika and Paige Hennis; three great-grandchildren Alexander Beeson, Lillian Fry, and Lola Fry; sisters-in-law Helen Seeman and Betty Robinson. She was preceded in death...

Modena Fry, 83, lifelong Vigo County resident passed away March 25, 2015. She was born July 4, 1931 to Kenneth and Mildred (Hancock) Seeman in Pimento, IN. Mrs Fry was retired from Indiana State University where she was an administration secretary. She is survived by a son, Aaron Fry and his wife Kate; two daughters Brenda Caudill and her husband William, and Ronda Hennis and her husband Randy; two granddaughters Kristina Ladika and Paige Hennis; three great-grandchildren Alexander Beeson, Lillian Fry, and Lola Fry; sisters-in-law Helen Seeman and Betty Robinson. She was preceded in death by her husband, Bill Fry on January 15, 2008, her parents, her brother Theron Seeman, sister-in-law Edna Fry and brother-in-law George Robinson. Mrs. Fry was a lifelong member of Oregon Baptist Church was the church organist for more than 60 years. She was also a member and Past Worthy Matron of Pimento OES# 516 and a member of Job's Daughters Bethel # 6. For many years she had been active in 4-H. Funeral services will be at 11 a.m. Saturday, March 28, 2015 in DeBaun Springhill Chapel with Rev. Fred Harrison officiating with visitation on Friday from 4-8 p.m. OES Memorial services will be at 7 p.m. Entombment will be in Roselawn Chapel of Memories.
